Biological Collections Database
Parvo Capro
We house professional-grade biological collections that are currently worked on being made publicly accessible on this page. These include vascular plants (herbaria), fungi, lichens, insects, and other arthropods. We also house photo libraries documenting organisms in their natural habitats. These collections are all organized, run, and curated by Evan Tweedie.
Many of these collections have been split by state or watershed (i.e. San Juan River Basin). Watersheds have been delineated using the USGS Watershed Boundaries, viewable here:
For reference, here are some watersheds used with their corresponding USGS codes:
HUC 6-140801 - San Juan River Basin
HUC 6-140200 - Gunnison River Basin
HUC 6-140300 - Dolores River Basin
HUC 6-101900 - South Platte River Basin
