In some parts of North America, there are a handful of cryophilic (cold-tolerant) insects that are active during the winter, some of which are poorly understood. The purpose of this project is to gain a better understanding of some of these insects in Colorado (particularly the southwest corner of the state) using citizen science data through iNaturalist.
